Delete local practice history
Open the app’s settings and use Clear training data. This removes local training records and checkpoints through the app’s storage controls. It does not revoke an Apple purchase and does not remove an upload that you previously chose to publish online.
Withdraw a website upload
Open the private management link returned by the publishing flow. Choose Withdraw and delete, then confirm. Public access is removed immediately, including video access. Physical object cleanup is retried if a provider operation fails. The link works for drafts and pending uploads as well as published pages.
Lost the management link?
Email berthlab@txyou.com with the public replay URL and a description of the problem. Do not publish private identifiers. We may ask for enough evidence to distinguish the owner from someone trying to remove another person’s upload. No app account is required or available to delete.
Copies outside the service
Removal from BerthLab cannot delete a copy already saved by a viewer or immediately clear every search-engine cache. For urgent privacy concerns, contact us and use the relevant search engine’s removal process. We will not promise that a withdrawn video disappears everywhere instantly.
